The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the bright lift light, which makes it easy to look at the number's button. Room service food is delicious, and many electricity sockets make it easier to charge my equipment.

I like all about this hotel: location, facility, bed, breakfast, wifi, ... . The room is not too big, but very comfort. The cafe (Fresqa) is very very nice, It offers various dishes and beverages, very tasty, with affordable prices, so that we didn't need to go out just for dinner. Another thing, the hotel applied the covid-19 protocol, especially during breakfast; my high appreciation for the manager and staff for that.

The location is in the center of city near to many places we are interested such as: culinary place, shopping mall, etc. Hotel amenities are good. Comfy bed and the room is clean and wide enough. Hotel staff and security staff are very friendly and helpful.
